1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Best Selling Paper: Must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Gift with Purchase: If a gift was provided with your purchase, both the product and the gift must be returned to qualify for a refund.
  • Bottled Fountain Pen Ink: Must be unused, and the seal on the bottle must not be broken.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Products that fall under the “final sale” category.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at admin@rynvox.xyz with your order number and a description of the product you wish to return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA) and detailed instructions for returning the product.
  3. Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping service. You will be responsible for the shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product:

  • We will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the item and place a new order on our website.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will either issue a replacement or process a full refund, depending on availability and your preference.

7. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you are returning an item due to a mistake on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
